here is a 30m fly in 3,48 in training. I know that it must be faster(PB 30m 3,98!)…
Please give me some hints

technically you look good.that was FAT timing?
timing was with an electronc training system by brower with antenna and so on…
I think the knees could be higher, or?
to me you dont look relaxed enough
IMHO, maybe your frequency is too high; in “back phase” your feet is very “tall” and so your “active phase” is compromised.
It could depend by a weakness of your hamstring and gluteus.
I can’t see very well your “feet-action” with my video player, (maybe it’s only a my tecnical problem) so I can’t say if it’s good!
the high-knees depend by action of your feet against the ground, maybe you could work on it…
I hope my opinion is usefull for you, if you don’t agree with it tell me.
i’d leave all as is.from just looking everything seems good.arm range is great so legs will follow.
well ur form looks pretty good to me
Yea looks ok to me too though stride length might be a little short. Looks like you’re lacking a bit in reactive strength. Do you ever do any bounding or hopping? You might benefit from some rudimentary hopping & bounding. Like easy hops up stairs (up,up,up) or some low box jumps (12"?). I’m talking low volume here…just enough to get some springy action.
What was the air temperature? Headwind or tailwind?
he’ll achieve this from overall track workouts.Elasticity from running and plyometrics! good points Mortac
it was about 15-20°C, as i remember and it was a tailwind
i havent done plyos for a long time, because i had problems with my shin.
But i think that was ever my lack: this reaktiv foot contact…
