Athlete #1: 30y time: 3.45
Athlete #2: 30y time: 3.55
Athlete #3: 30y time: 3.40

#1: Leaning to much at the hips. And why is he finishing like he just ran a 200m? He should be running all the way through the line with ease. Tell him to aim at somthing farther away-not the 30 mark.
#2: He needs to get his hips higher in set position. Bad arm drive during the drive phase, cutting short the ability of powering through the knees, because his arms are chopping his strid down. Also is leaning to much at the hips. He did a better job of running through the line though.
#3: He gets out entially well but goes to doing the same thing as #2 right on his second step and that is chopping the arms, he needs to drive that right arm up so as to get the max potential out of his long legs. He too his leaning at the hips, probably the most out of any of the three which is causing the legs to trail behind and not allow for the max stride length to be reached (this goes for all of them). He needs to run through the line as well, tell him the same as #1.
Well I touched on all the points that i saw. Hope that this helps in some way. Just keep working with them, its not going to change over night (usually it needs practice) but hey thats what practice is for!

athlete #2 needs to work on full, complete pushes during acceleration. short and choppy initial strides foul up the entire accel. videotape 10m accels until he figures it out.
