30 or 60 yard dash training

Anyone have any ideas on how to make a program to train for these tests? Here’s some stats to work off of:

Height: 5’10
Weight: 155
Max Squat: 250
Max Clean: 150
Best 40: 4.91
Previous Injuries: No major injuries

Workout Split: M/W/F
Plyos? Not yet
Medicine Ball? Not yet
Running: Hard to start in the northern ice, but I play pick-up basketball for something to do
