3 nutrition Phases

hey guys,

just wanna hear your thoughts about the following genrel idea. Times are just guidelines…

6-12am: breakfast
high protein intake
heavy carbs (self made bread or muesli)
good portion of lipides

12am-6pm:
maybe protein intake
steady-state in terms of blood sugar --> fruits
no fat

6pm-12pm:
low carb --> veggies
high protein intake excl. milk protein
low fat intake (ie oil from fish)

I just use fish and chicken for pro-intake. In the morning i also like milk products.
I only eat fresh friuts and veggies. And just as a tip: fresh self made bread at 10am :slight_smile:

I just have the feeling that some time without fats and pros is nice. But here i am a bit concernes about the pro intake.

Training time is always different. Then i will make sure to load some friuts before and have aminos or soy-protein after work.
