Well you came up fast and now you mention it, your torso does look stiff. Bridge on the forehead for a couple of weeks it gave me childlike flexibility.
the video is kind of misleading, for some reason i seem faster than i really am, i actually, suck major ass.
my PB’s are 11.2 hand timed for the 100, 25 flat for the 200, and lo and behold 56 for the 400.
i squat 170kg and bench 115 for one rep.
and no i have not raced, im 23 and my times are seriously slow to actually race:p
