We have recently completed 2 great new e-books to get your New Year started nicely (and your reading collection!).
The wait was well worth it.
The 2009 Forum Review : Part One
A review of our best forum content in an easy to read format. Covers off a wide scope of training material in a review style. 220 pages.
Buy it
“The Classics”
Compiled from rare material from 2002 that is no longer available for viewing.
Covers a wide scope of material not found anywhere else. 242 pages.
Buy it
full reviews are in progress
Is “The Classics” much different than the two 2002 Forum Reviews (the initial one and the final)?
Could you give us an idea of the content?

To answer your question, the Classics e-book is not to be confused with any other product, as this post outlines…some great reading to be had here. 230+ pages!
Happy New Year!
Is there any more information available regarding the content for these two releases?

Just buy them, I can assure you’ll be impressed! How about this, I’ll give them to you for FREE- you do the write up!

Rupert, count me in on that deal!!!
I can definitely provide a write-up for each once reading them.
We’ve had some issues getting reviews in because, at this time of year, many of our regularrs have heavy coaching commitments and championships to deal with (or they’ve been out drinking)

I have bought ‘the Classics’, printed it out and intend to read it. Just finding time.
It is 252 pages long full of information that has been lost, some nice little arguments/discussions on the way.
Some of the topics are;
30-60m accelerations
Starts and accelerations
Carbs
Hypertrophy
Stretching and massage
Mechanics from a sprinting perspective
plus many more.
