Take the time as 10.4x but closer to .4 than .5.

I certainl dont know how fast he runs on the runway, but considering he gets an excellent height his 100m time makes sense if he is running at 95%.

yeah very good point. 95% for him would then be around 10.5m/s and with the height he gets,8.50m from that speed is more than possible…
