10m accretion from a standing position

Hi everyone,

new to the forum and excited to see what is on here.

I just bought a Brower timing system (Tci) and am using it on myself to test if my training is producing results and to learn about what the system can do in terms of providing essential data I can eventually use to coach young athletes on speed and agility.

Is anyone using the system? If so, how do you use it for speed training? also, are there any charts on the various levels of sprint times for each 10m interval that shed light on your performance?

As far as I know, the closest thing you could compare to if you were at a high level would most likely be the 10m splits done on elites at major events publically available online… otherwise looking at just a small 10m interval would most likely not be enough to extrapolate enough information to say a 100m due to various factors such as one’s speed endurance.
