100m times for world class 800 runners

I was just wondering if anyone knows what kind of time an elite 800m runner would be expected produce in a 100m dash. Maybe upper 10’s low 11’s?

If I recall Sebastian Coe ran 11.03 circa in a meet at Loughborough University.

it dipends on the kind of athlete…the 400m type, will be very fast, wheres the 1500/800 type slower ina 100m dash , expecially considering the acceleration involved…however, he would still havea good flying 100…Coe was a phenomenon…remember under 46" in a mile relay fraction…and Wr on 1500…ops, Sir Coe, I beg you pardon
