hi im after some advice on my 100m running and advice to get my time down to 10.5
Im 19, been training for a year now, very weak, only half squat 170 pounds,6’2 tall and weigh 165
last season i ran my first race for 2 years with no training,i ran 11.57. end of season 2 months later was running bout 11 flat
now a year later i would like some advice on relaxing before my race cos i get real nevous and tense and if u think i can get that 10.5
any tips trick u guy use to help ease the nerves?
