World Indoor Champs

I was looking at the iaaf website in regards to the world championships and located the indoor entry qualifying time for the 60m is 6.69.

So with that being said, if you run a 6.6 or faster, is it just as easy as that; you can sign up and compete?

Reads to me as like other events you would need to be selected by your country.

Exactly.

Entry Rule:

Each Member is entitled to enter up to three competitors in each event of the Championships, provided all have achieved the corresponding entry standard, but only two will be permitted to compete (except the Combined Events and the Relays - see below).

Thanks for pointing that out.

Wish it was that easy.
