I can only go off what they reported. And that was that they felt he’d run faster than he should have, they were predicting a 44.5-7. Several othe people in the race felt that the conditions that day were worth six tenths of a second as well and at least one of the 200m guys who ran that day felt he was in 21.3-4 shape and ran several tenths faster.
But like I said all I can base things on is what was reported and what was reported consistently.
