I catch a junior rugby player, may list of things to do in order are;

  1. Teach him technique
  2. Teach him technique
  3. Run fast in a straight line
  4. All of the above
  5. transfer that into change of direction if needed.

I doubt I will need to teach im 5.

But people have got into his ear about it so he hasn’t been turning up to training
