Pulled up a bit sore. Left calf muscle is giving me some grief.

Probably shouldn’t have run today. Half way round the first bend my left calf muscle was screaming. Dorsiflexion causes heaps of pain. Iced it over night, will see a physio tomorrow.

Struggled with the 400 as the race was brought forward 30min leaving me with 10min warm up. Pulled up fairly well considering. Will do a warmup tonight and some stretching.
Part way through GPP, main competition is in September.
