Tempo question

I’m sorry, but he contradicted himself too much!!
And the dude he got to run a 75% effort, omg, i have never seen anybody run like that… I see shockers all the time, but that run was just OverActing.
1st he said, don’t do toe off because it does this, tells you a bunch of crap, and then says do this later on in the film, and he says to Toe off… What??? sure he says Toe off then dorsiflex right away the 2nd time, but still…
He just talked crap for 10min with 2min of good stuff.

Even doing it the right way like he showed still gives heel toe.
If your dorsiflexing - and your landing in front of centre of gravity, then you’ll land Heel 1st.
If your dorsiflexing - and you land under your centre of gravity, you’ll land more flat footed but more on your balls of your feet with a slight Heel tap.

Triple extension = hips, knee and TOES all extending, so therefore, Toe off.

In tempo - you’ll heel toe as your not going fast enough to full hip height (if you are, you’re going too fast). Again -it should still be landing UNDER your center of gravity, and therefore be more Flat foot. Again, you’ll land Heel toe IF your landing in-front of your center of gravity, which you’ll want to avoid IF you can. If you can’t get your feet landing Under your center of gravity, you have some technique stuff to work on, and perhaps Flexibility/knotts issues
