I don’t know much about Ben, except he is aged 23 and has PBs of 10.6, 21.0 and 32.9 (the 300 was timed on a grass track). He had the winning margin established at the 300m mark from the videos I’ve seen of the race and he held on very well - then was phsyically sick for the next 20mins. :)
