The -cetams are like that. Any of those make me drowsy as hell but not tyrosine or carnitine. Better bang for buck stuff out there than this depending on rules in your sport.
I had to make my own capsule for Vit B complex as it came in powder form. I just take one tablet a day. No fluro yellow pee either! great stuff.

Apparently a synergistic effect between ATP supplementing and HMB supplementing. As sprinters, we’re less concerned with the gains of muscle mass and more with improvements in peak power.
Anyone else supplementing with ATP? I’m doing the HMB stuff and am thinking of adding ATP, though I think it may be more effective for my 400 guys.
Chris, do you know if it’s ok to take glycine and taurine at the same time?
“Taurine has also been noted to diminish the affinity of glycine to the NMDA receptor”
Thanks, excellent resource!
Remember what the ultimate supplement is going to be your mind set.
I know that sounds so very simple but only if it were.

Each person responds differently to various diet changes and supplementation.
The magic bullet idea aka ‘which supplements are best’ is not only a popular method of thinking it’s promoted as such.
