No, these are lbs. I wish I was snatching 115kg.
I would be gaining alot more if I didn’t get injuried all the time. I think I might have signs of osteoarthritis in my right hip :(. I am hoping it is just anterior femoral glide syndrome, but I have some of what sounds like grinding in my hip. Im scared…
