Sugar cravings after 6pm

From a top level Naturapath i get my Nutrition advice from (he also teaches other naturapaths)
is, If you crave Sugar - you’re a good chance for diabeties
if you crave Fats - you’re a good chance for Heart disease

Also - If you crave sugar - normally it’s also Bugs in your stomach that are starving (certain ones thrive on sugar), so you feed on some Sugar, and the bugs have a good feed.

I find a Pepsi Max or such helps trick or ween you off sugar. As does a high Protein diet, Medium fat and 20-100g of quality carbs a day.
