Sprinting: About how many calories (average) do you burn?????

yes blinky my question is both academic and practical, i come from a body building backround (not long though thank god) and i am a COMPLETE newby to sprinting make no mistake, i also was VERY VERY fat (like 265lb) and completely untrained, so counting calories is kind of a habit:P (for the record im 170 lbs 9%bf now, not nearly as strong as you people though:P 160 lbs benching 275, god damm:P)

anyway, indeed, monitoring my wheight and doing my trainings should suffice but as i said the science behind it is really interesting so if someone could share the knowledge…:stuck_out_tongue:
