Thanks for the advice man and thanks for the site. I like it already man.
I will tinker the workout program I have and change it to the workouts that you suggested.
After all, I missed doing squats. I hate doing single leg squats man.

Ayudar, I’m from Australia.
I agree with you about the speed predictor.

Special end - 2x250 - The first rep was done in 32.53 seconds. The last 50m felt very slow.
Strength end - 3x30m
Weights tomorrow
have you got some competitions coming up soon??
Yeah, I will probably do a few 100’s and 200’s in Nov/Dec
Seems like you are always sick/hurt, whats going on? I thought you were following CF l-s graphs?
I don’t think this had anything to do with my training.
I was working outside in cold/snowing conditions the day before and wasn’t getting enough sleep.
Are you going to run the Christmas Pro carnivals in Latrobe, Burnie, Devonport, Hobart.
Nah, I’m only a complete novice, so I don’t think I will be competing in any carnivals. I will probably just enter some interclub meets.
Are you from Tas?
Nah,I’m from Sydney but I have competed in the christmas carnivals before. While you are a novice is the best time to compete,so you can improve your handicap while you are also improving as a runner.
So it snows and it gets cold in Australia, eh? It’s Fall here right now and I don’t know how/where I willl begin to train when the weather goes under 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Yeah, only in certain parts of Australia. Where I live, the winters aren’t quite as could as New York though.
Will you have access to an indoor track over winter?
Tuesday
Accel – 4x10, 3x20, 2x30
Special end – 500m, 450m
Strength end – 90m
Felt good. Weights tomorrow.
Outside of meets, no I won’t have access to an indoor track. I don’t know how I will train if it snows hard. I do not want to train in the school hallways, but if worst becomes worst, I guess that is what it will come down to.
That sucks that you won’t be able to train at an indoor track.
Haha, training in a school hallway is a pretty funny thought though. Make sure nobody opens a door on you.
Wednesday 15/10/08
Weights – Squat (87.5kgx4,4, 90x3), Hyper (20kg – 3x10), Bench (70x4,4, 72.5x3), Chins (3x6)
I had an exhausting day today, so I went pretty easy in the gym.
That will mean going back to training with the team for the winter.
After-school practices running laps around the hallways for 30 minutes…I remember those days
lol the girls are gonna be there but this year, Im doing my own thing for indoor training…hmm, Ill impress them by being a rebel and do my 600s instead of laps
