sorry maris,i travelled to a state different from mine for a local competition with some youths.promise to send them tomorrow when i get back to my base.seuns coach believe on strenght and lots of drill.seun weighs about 93kg with his coach.but the other coach believe on running till u hit shape.last year at the trials he was about 84kg.when we saw him we knew something was wrong.but with his former coach,just seeing him u will know he is strong.

Last year, before hitting 11"26 I think…he was hospitalized for 2 weeks, at least that’s what I’ve been told.

Did his body composition change much with the weight gain? Did he add fat as well as muscle? I know Craig has said sometimes he feels a little better when his fat stores were up slightly. Like a better energy reserve. I would imagine this varies very much from person to person and is therefore very anecdotal.
