This is easy in the private sector, what about the college/professional level?

Good analysis. I go based more on the size of the athlete and position. If a kid is a light highschool lineman, I may let him run out to 40 yds. My one kid is 6’7", 320 lbs. He is very quick and agile, but he tweaks muscles trying to run too much at high speeds. As for big skill, I focus on accel mainly. For small skill, its accel and some top speed, mostly flying 20’s and 30’s. Rarely do my guys get to go full speed in an upright sprinting position. Leads to big hits and injuries.
