Alright Yesterday, Sunday, I had a long 1 hour walk in the forest before breakfast, then Upper Body weights circuit and a Dunk session in the evening.
DB Bench, Incline BB Bench, Fly, 2 Point Row with DB, Pullups, Lateral raises and biceps. Weights low, not worth mentioning.
Dunks, I warmed up, but the spring wasn’t there so I just did a few dunks for kids there and went home
