Anytime I read an interview with Giggs…he’s gushing about the benefits of yoga…do ye think there’s much benefit to be had from it? Personally I’ve been wary because of the possibility it could cause cause the athlete to be hypermobile. Too much flexibility and not enough tightness isn’t always neccesarily a good thing I would have thought…
I found the part about him not sprinting flat out since he was 20 very interesting / suprising…any thoughts?
How much yoga do you think you’d have to do to make an athlete hypermobile? Who are these people with too much flexibility? Think about it for a second…
