Dear mother nature

Thank you for allowing me to break my PB today for power cleans. I got 115 kilos up…easily. That was my best clean ever. Then I did 120kilos, easy, then I did 125 kilos…thank you.

Dear journal…

I am sorry I haven’t wrote…but I have still been training…as I said to mother nature…I did 125 kilos power clean…that is sick and i am happy. Its bed time.

ps. I turned 23 yesterday and this was the best bday present I could ask for.

this guy’s a machine:D

I really like that last entry, mother nature rules.

So I spoke to herb on the phone last night and asked him how do I train for beach muscles and he told me 7 sets * 12 reps per muscle group. Sounds good. I still have 1.5 years left till I am 25 at which point I will judge if I have reached my original goal: Superman or Super-sayjin by 25.

Cheers, here i go again, training for life.

Oh I should note that I did play basketball this year. i did not get much court time, and it started to seem like no matter how much faster or higher I would jump then other players I would not get more. I did talk to the coach and he had some sound reasoning for why not to play me, I figured I did fix those reasons in a short time but he still did not play me. He liked his starters and that was it. I eventually had very little money and needed to quit to pay the bills. It was still great to play and I never regret playing one more year. There were many days where I was able to dunk like never before and that was thanks to Herb and Shane. I will never forget the feeling of my first two hand dunk, my first middle of the key, two foot, fly through the air, throw down. On the days where I could dunk like that I didn’t stop, I just kept doing it cause its exactly what I have worked so hard for…to fly higher.

On that note, lets train again.
