Overall good session, I kept the tempo work at the low end today and it was actually fun. I got a new MB last week and the throws are feeling great so far into gpp, most of the throws were going 16-18yds today. The upper body strength training has been good, I’m starting to feel stronger and my endurance is improving on the bench press.

Overall not a bad session, started out kinda slow on the sled pulls but things picked up towards the end. Friday’s are always brutal for us but it’s nice having a training mate because he’s there to push me through these tough training sessions. The weights were good today but the dep pushups sucked ass!! I have some video of the sled pulls that I will post later tonight.
LOL, I was getting plenty resistance, ask CF how much resistance you need. I’m good based on his advice. It’s stupid to use a lot of resistance when you are doing high vol pulls, we save the heavy stuff when the vol gets lower.
Well When I did that much weight the vol was low. Maybe 5 reps. I really dont do much sleds. I like to use my resistance cable. Forgot what its called. The one charlie use to use. I like it because the resistance is constant from start to finish and I can come out the blocks with it.
