things are going pretty well. Just got some info on how OLY style TKD people in korea train, so i am going to post something about that soon. Doesn’t directly apply to me (due to the fact that i do hapkido) but it should give me better insight into optimizing my current split between sprinting and martial arts.

Those medball throws are really cool. I feel like they fill my gaps in the RFD department. Regardless, they feel more fun than oly lifts for now, so i will do them…

Thought that during this GPP since i have 2 hrs+ of hapkido on Weds that this will be the primary element of Wed workouts. Felt a little soggy (read not mentally into it) in the weightroom, but it felt good to squat again.
In other news, i am crewing for the Hardrock Hundred again this weekend. Good Luck to all of the guys who run that crazy race.
