The indoor track and weight room were closed today for Thanksgiving, so we were forced to go outside in the very cold. It was too cold to do anything very fast so we tried 300. We did a couple of starts, and then ran.
Andrew - flats, 3pt - 46.8s
Matt - Spikes, 3pt - 43.8s
No opportunity to do weights or plyos. We may try these again on Saturday, depending on our situation.
What about doing some more EMS when, for one reason or another, access to facilities is impossible?
