*PREDICTIONS* for 2012 Men's Olympic 100m Final (Possible Spoiler's for Semi's)

Note: This thread should be for PREDICTIONS only and not results, so as to not spoil it for others!!

Wow!! That’s all that I can say after watching the semi’s! I think that this year’s 100m final will be the FASTEST that history has ever seen, as a whole. I don’t think anyone is going to break the WR in this race, but this is by far the toughest line-up I have ever seen!! So here’s my take:

  1. Usain Bolt 9.65s
  2. Yohan Blake 9.68s
  3. Justin Gatlin 9.75s
  4. Tyson Gay 9.77s
  5. Asafa Powell 9.82s
  6. Churandy Martina 9.91s
  7. Ryan Bailey 9.95s
  8. Richard Thompson 10.00s

Of course these predictions are assuming the weather conditions don’t drastically change from the semi-finals, but they shouldn’t change much. If you’re keeping track, that would be 2 men under 9.70s, 4 men under 9.80s, 5 men under 9.85s and 7/8 men sub-10!! CANT WAIT!!!

4x1 men was a jam lock but without asafa they vulnerable. I still think they will win.
On paper the us women should win the 4x1, but I’m sure they will drop the stick.
