Football! First game of the season. I had a nice 60yd TD run. Started up the middle, broke it out to the right, then outran both the linebacker and safety angles for to the TD. Seems like the track work this winter helped with my second burst up the sideline.

Weights - pretty fried from track work, dropped a set off of my planned workout for each exercise. Also, left shoulder a bit sore from all of the bench reps, switched to incline.
