For me, it seems like RHR is hard to use as variability from day to day is very small compared to day to day variability in HRV. I haven’t read anything about time lag in results with HRV.
So does Bioforce score and ithlete score differ? I only know that Bioforce uses 2.5 minutes and ithlete uses 1 minute measurement. Did you always feel like your numbers for a given day and your performance for the same day make sense and go along together well?
