Rather than pursue another master’s, she should just read up on the subject herself. I’d check out people like Cordain, Pollan, Fallon/Enig, Mercola, Bowden, etc…

I think she could get enough of a foundation on her own. Unfortunately, we’ve been taught that one needs a master’s degree to learn how to teach people to eat well.

I couldn’t agree more but to earn bucks a bit of paper opens doors, knowledge becomes secondary.
