Smith actually does it both ways. It starts out as tempo early (November) then gets faster, more like IT in December, with 200s and 300s SE1/SE mixed with 60s in January for indoors. The Tellez style weeks start later with 4/3/2 or 3/2/1 on Mondays, just like TT.

I thought you felt Bolt wasn’t doing anything close to the article you saw on ET.com, however from the photos and videos I have seen it actually is much closer to the article than what everyone thought.
