I do consider games as HI/MI load, but if this is the case, then only playing soccer would condition you the best, but this is not the case…
4on4, 2on2 etc is very gruelling most specific work whis is usually considered as SE (2on2, 1on1). Is there is need for 120m shuttles? Don’t know, but we did it… 2on2 is more simmilar toward RSA poligons… thus, this is why I included 120m shuttles
