MO Greene's Millrose 60m on youtube

second part of that vid with great interview with mo and shawn crawford and carrying on from where the other one cut off, with a bit of overlap. i wanna smash that.

dude its easy to get to that size. eat everything you can see, do about a gazillion reps on a gazzilion sets of every weight exercise. then after 6 months take some hot rox and Bcaa’s and do some cardio

To get that fast and powerful - dont ask me - i’ve no idea. The stronger i get the slower i get. i cant understand how those guys can stay so loose and get full stride length in and also be fast…

you reckon it’s that easy to put on that much muscle? i would say i know how to stay loose. allocate 45 mins to 1 hour each day for stretching, holding for 30 seconds. however, to get that quick, like you, i’m not sure!! is that what you did to get that size joconnor?

train fast 2 b fast.

good old specificity!

I just watched the clip. Greens fall was not because of the track. During acceleration he moved to left. At the 15 m point (clip time 1.03), when Crawford was passing him, Crawford’s right hands backswing gave some extra force to his left hands backswing and unbalanced him. Martial Arts

listen the track was uneven, it should not even be use. That’s why he fell, i think the track should be corrected. I would of put a claim in, and sue the meet organizers, USATF, and anyone esle who disagrees.

plain and simple

agreed. The move to the left was due to the uneven track.

The track has been terrible for years with lots of falls!

maybe u should also have look at a pic of the track where u can clearly c the dip in the track.

It isn’t just the dip, it’s the change in rebound depending on where the track section is suspended from relative to the wooden supports.

The old Boston University track used to be like that. Tons of dead spots. It was a banked 4 lane track with no rails on the outside! Pretty fast though.

No rails on the outside!! wow!! I’m cracking up just thinking about accelerating into the bend too hard/fast and actually running off the track…

No rails in Toronto either though the banks aren’t that high.

I do believe I made a comment oon the uneveness of the track before on a different thread.
Once again, if you really watch the clip in slow Mo’ (excuse the pun) you can see how what Mo does with the hitch in his step. It is exactly the same as if anyone were running on uneven grass and hit a dip in the surface.
It is right about the area where the shot puts land

Man, forget the dip baby dip! When does Mo run again?
