Manchild's Training Journal (2nd Edition)

I had a weird grip on the bar with my right hand. My pointer finger my thumb were wrapped around the bar while the rest of my hand was left open…similar to an “ok” sign. My first rep went up fairly easy, but midway through my second rep I began to struggle slightly. I tried tightening my grip, this time using all my fingers, but it was so painful I had to open my hand immediately, almost dropping the bar on my chest.
