Maintaining Strength for Team Sports In Season

Team practice can vary of course - but generally it’s skills, a game type prcatice and then sometimes some running.

True - the volume may be high - but I kinda feel I have worked up to that capacity. But as I look more at it there’s no doubt it’s a little on the high side for the time of year - ie. the competitive season.

I had aimed to cut volume right down for the championship games - but it looks like that reduction may have to happen sooner rather then later …
