Very sore & stiff glutes & adductors today. Loosened up reasonably well in warm up. Jumps were done on grass. Could only jump one way so had to deal with headwinds too.

Fly ins were much faster today than last time. Now to get under 3.0sec. the light session yesterday was a good idea. Much looser today, but still havent fully recovered from DOMS.
