Today was kind of boring. Didn’t have a workout, but did a lot of ball control/handling. I’m disappointed about the Spurs beating the Pistons. It was a good game until Ginobili took over in the fourth. My diet looked like this:

Meal 1: Bowl of Wheaties, Glass Of Water, MultiV., Vit. C(500mg), Banana, Glass of Orange Juice

Meal 2: Balance Gold Bar, Glass of Water

Meal 3: PB Sandwich, Apple, Large Glass of Chocolate Milk, Glass of Water

Meal 4: Easy Mac, Carrots, Large Chocolate Milk, Glass of Water

Meal 5: Large Chocolate Milk, PB Sandwich

Meal 6: Yogurt, Glass of Water

I feel like I’m forgetting something I ate…oh well.

Today went pretty good. I carried a ball around with me all day just tossing, dribbling, and practicing shooting form with it. My fingers are starting to hurt from palming it so much. My diet looked like this:

Meal 1: Wheaties, Glass of Water, MultiV., Vit. C(500mg)

Meal 2: Banana, Balance Gold Bar, Glass of Water

Meal 3: 1 PB Sandwich, Large Chocolate Milk, Apple, Carrots, Glass of Water

Meal 4: Oatmeal Mix, Glass of Water, Yogurt

Meal 5: Glass Of Water, Large Chocolate Milk, Balance Gold Bar

Meal 6: Large Chocolate Milk, Carrots

Meal 7: Yogurt, Glass of Orange Juice

My workout was:

Broad Jump- 8’4"

PIM Deadlift nx1 (160-all the weight I had)
Iso Squat(Parallel) nx25sec. (100 lbs.)
OI HF Squats nx9 (Practicing)

Broad Jump- 8’2"

PIM Deadlift nx1 (160-all the weight I had)

Broad Jump- 7’10"- Drop off Achieved, Session Terminated

Good workout. My posterior chain sure felt it. The Deadlift was probably pretty close to my max.

Today went like every other day…BORING! I really need to find something to do. Originally I planned on going with my dad to work then walking to the Community Center and play ball most of the day, but in order to do that I gotta get up really early (6:00-6:15), only get 6-7 hours of sleep at most, and probably have a crappy diet. I was going to do this with my best friend, but he’s been gone for the last 2-3 weeks and I have no idea where he is. I don’t really mind doing this I guess, but i have a feeling it would have have a negative effect on my training, but my game is more important then my athleticism. I might be able to pack a few snacks to eat while I’m there too. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get a hold of some other guys to come and play.

I do have a court at home, but its been storming off and on for the last week so its slippery/muddy everyday. I guess I’ll just have to start going with my dad and maybe taking a nap when I get home in the evenings.

Enough ranting for now…

Anyways, today my diet looked something like this:

Meal 1: Bowl of Cereal, Multi.V, Vit. C(500mg), Glass of Water, Glass of Orange Juice

Meal 2: Banana, Balance Gold Bar, Glass of Water

Meal 3: PB Sandwich, Large Chocolate Milk, Apple

Meal 4: Hamburger Mix, Fruit Mix, Glass of Water

Meal 5: Glass of Water, Chocolate Milk, Grilled Chicken

Meal 6: Chocolate Milk, Bowl of Carrots

Meal 7: Balance Gold Bar, Water

My workout was:

Bench Press- nx9 (115)-PB
nx8 (115)
nx7 (115)
nx6 (115)-6% DO Achieved

Pullups- nx8 (BW)-PB +2 Reps
nx7.75 (BW)
nx6 (BW)
nx5 (BW)-6% DO Achieved

Good workout. Surprised on the pullups. Well, I’m gonna go to bed.

Today went alright. Played basketball for 2 1/2-3 hours. Gonna do the same thing, but more tommorrow. I have a lower body work out planned, but it’ll depend on how I feel after playing ball.

My diet looked like this:

Today I played a lot of basketball. I played probably 4 or so hours. I decided not to do my workout due to my legs being a little fatigued and my left glute/ham and maybe part of the groin being sore. I pulled my groin back in basketball season, but for some reason every once in awhile the area starts to hurt.

My diet so far has looked like:

Meal 1: Wheaties, MultiV., Vit. C(500mg), Glass of Water

Meal 2: Banana, Apple, Orange Juice

Meal 3: Large Hamburger, Milk, Water

Meal 4: Pork Chops, Can of Fruit, Chocolate Milk, Water

Meal 5: Carrots, Water

Meal 6: PB Sandwich, Chocolate Milk

Meal 7: Yogurt, Water, Chocolate Milk

Tommorrow I’m going to try and play some more basketball.
