Based on that limited tape, I don’t see him getting a look at WR anytime soon. He didn’t drop passes but he certainly doesn’t catch the ball very naturally.
His route running is (understandably) not very good.
The only way to know if he’s a good return man is to see him return a punt, really. Can he make a gunner miss in open space and then find his lane?
I don’t see why an NFL GM shouldn’t take a chance on a 10.0x sprinter. There are a ton of nobodies filling camps right now.
