to all the guys who know a lot bout ems i have a question, my left hammy can take more intensity then my right hammy is this a sign of muscle imbalance?

ems 7500. constant, 5-13freq, int bout 2-3.

Do you do all of your sprint on grass with cleats? Thats what I plan on doing after football season. I know its not the best to do but I just play football and dont need to be fast on a track.
in gpp i try and do most running on grass, but all speed work in spp will be done on track .

its amazing how much you improve just in the 1st 3 weeks of the GPP by following a well laid out program.
expect to be supprised again by week 7.
thats the scary part - i still have 4 weeks of gpp an 12 weeks of spp.
