lower quads was sore and tight today, so i kept the tempo short and simple, did major ems treatments on my abs and quads.
I have to say that although I enjoyed speaking with ut’s brother, toward the end of his days here he was quite aggressive in most of his posts. The old adage, if you don’t have anything nice to say could have been used more by everyone involved. And as I had stated, it’s easier to pick up the gun than to put it down. I wish things could have taken another direction, but what is done is done.
Do you follow the ideas from these autors for all of your strength work? I am interested in their methods and am thinking about buying the book, would you recommend it?
Didn’t realise he had been banned! Anybody else have experience of the text?
I have the book. It is ok. Lots of ideas for jump/plyometric training and recommended routines for a wide variety of sports. However, as you can tell from the title, it seems to be pretty focused on jumps as a training modality. (When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail!)
