i havent ran the 100 in 3 years now…i ran around 11 flat in those glory days…
i bet id run sub 11 now tho…we’ll see how the 60 goes this year
my 60 time is around 7.1-7.0 but i havent had a healthy indoor season yet and didnt run the 60 in hs
