-so today i talked to my coach and now I am technically a javelin thrower on my hs team. because when i played baseball i threw mid-80’s (no accuracy, so not as impressive as it may seem for a 5’6 kid) he thinks i may have potential as a jav thrower. if im not mistaken, jav throwers do very limited HI lower body work, and actually seem to have a pretty technical workout style as opposed to physically tolling this will allow me to do javelin during practice time so i can remain part of the team, but do my own style training for the 100. because of my heavy workload in school, i am still allowed to miss practices when i need to if i have an academic conflict, so i can still get off days when i need one, and while i do need to add the jav workload to my plate, i think it will work better volume wise for my 100 than doing the exclusively ladder and int tempo program my school runs would
