goals

*injury free: fail
a few niggles, but one major hamstring tear that set me back a long way. the positive is that I have learned a lot about body management and avoiding injury, so I will be able to apply all that knowledge in the future.

*weight loss: pass
gone is much of the flabby gut that spurred me into taking up athletics in the first place. I even have a baby six pack poking through again.

*100m<12s: fail
a few things contributed to me failing to achieve this mark. the main one was the hamstring tear early in the season, but I also think I needed to do more speed work to get there. still, there have been some indications that I’m not too far from achieving it next season. fingers crossed for a solid winter season.

*200m<25s: pass?
24.7h with a +3.9 tailwind is a partial pass, I feel. I was actually happier with my 25.88s into a headwind the week before. I feel like <25s will be pretty common for me next season.
