Gatlin with Seagrave in Fla.

I don’t know much about Loren Seagrave other than what i’ve read here and on a few other boards over the years. But what do you think the differences in training are, and what do you think the differences in training will bring or take away from Gatlin as far as Trevor vs Seagrave.

It’s pretty clear some of you have more intimate knowledge of the situations.

Will Gatlin’s start and acceleration rate/pattern imrpove?

Will Gatlin be in better overall shape?

Will he still be overstriding?

Etc.

I think Gatlin may surprise some people, not saying he’s going 9.7 in his first year back. Typical week looked something like this:

Mon: Ext tempo

Tue: Speed-ACC

Wed: Int tempo

Thur: Ext tempo or Light speed

Fri: Speed
