There’s nothing really online. Another Dutch coach who was influenced by Bosch put a few drills up on his website http://www.tartan.nl/oef/group.asp?group=4 , but the execution is less than perfect, and the notes are in dutch, so it would be a poor substitute. The DVD is really worth the money. It offers a fresh perspective on running and the variety of drills is amazing.
