I have a question. When I do say 60 meter sprints at 95%+, sometimes right when I get to about 40 meters sometimes I feel something is pushing me, like my drive phase mometum has caught up to me and I loose my ballance and back off a bit to not stumble then I can run again with maxim intensity.
I have seen it happen with quite a few sprinters, its usually a lack of concentration after coming out of the drive phase. Stay focussed and concentrate on fast relaxed pull down of the arms. Interested in what others think.
Thanks, good to know I’m not the only one… I never had this issue in high school because I was so much weaker and I pretty much had no drive phase at all.
