The started pulled the trigger twice on the gun in such quick succession, no way they could have seen anyone that quickly - it doesnt look like anyone did either
2nd time - possibly taking too long to be steady. He looked to be moving his head around a bit. surprised he was dq though
The DQ’d runner doesn’t protest with the starters, he goes to the two guys with clipboards. I’m wondering if it was a DQ for something not relating to the start? The video also seems to be missing a time period from the double gun to when he’s walking off the track.

LOS is right though. Is it that obvious.
I suspect it might be a draw issue that they picked up late. The athlete might be in the wrong race or reported for a final that he was not suppose to run in. I guess.
